Univision.com stands out for its leadership in setting an industrywide gold standard for website traffic measurement by being fully evaluated and accredited by the Media Rating Council (MRC).

In March 2005, Univision.com became the first Spanish-language website to be accredited by the MRC. Univision.com successfully renewed its accreditation in 2006, 2007 and 2008, making it the longest-running MRC Accredited website, in any language.

We successfully renewed our accreditation in 2006 and in 2007, and are now the longest-running MRC accredited website, in any language.

MRC Accreditation is important because nearly a decade after the Internet was launched as a consumer medium, website traffic numbers from the two most commonly cited web measurement firms are still in the process of being accredited.

About the Media Rating Council:

Established in 1964, the MRC is a non-profit industry association comprised of leading television, radio, print and Internet companies, as well as advertisers, advertising agencies and trade associations. The MRC's goal is to ensure measurement services that are valid, reliable and effective.

MRC Accreditation follows the measurement guidelines established by the Interactive Advertising Bureau, the world's largest trade association for online, interactive broadcasting, e-mail, wireless and interactive television media companies.
